Our Opportunity

Role and expectations of the successful candidate:

  • Provide high level customer service and assistance in relation to information access, retrieval and storage, including counter, phone and email correspondence for all stakeholders and at any worksite as directed.
  • Work cooperatively within the team to achieve business as usual and regular tasks such as census, disposal, scanning and sentencing work as directed.
  • Work closely and cooperatively within the Content Manager administrators, Records Officers as well as with the ICT Service Desk staff.
  • Resolve, escalate and redirect jobs where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements in all work undertaken adhering to the need to know principle. Seek advice when necessary.
  • Ensure physical security requirements for paper records and storage compactuses are adhered to and coordinate and report on file returns and deliveries.
