Role and expectations of the successful candidate:
Provide high level customer service and assistance in relation to information access, retrieval and storage, including counter, phone and email correspondence for all stakeholders and at any worksite as directed.
Work cooperatively within the team to achieve business as usual and regular tasks such as census, disposal, scanning and sentencing work as directed.
Work closely and cooperatively within the Content Manager administrators, Records Officers as well as with the ICT Service Desk staff.
Resolve, escalate and redirect jobs where appropriate
Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements in all work undertaken adhering to the need to know principle. Seek advice when necessary.
Ensure physical security requirements for paper records and storage compactuses are adhered to and coordinate and report on file returns and deliveries.
