The role is in the Identity and Security Assurance team which is within Server and Storage Operations. The role requires the candidate to perform the following functions:
daily checks of systems
maintenance of systems including patching
updates and upgrades
providing technical expertise working across teams for the delivery of ICT infrastructure services
providing technical specialist advice and contribute to architectural designs and decisions
documentation of systems and architectures
system monitoring configuration
after hours support.

Specific requirements of the role:
Solid Experience with:
Identity and Access Management (OneIdentity, FIM, MIM), AD FS, PKI, PingID, RSA
cyber security relating to Essential 8, such as server hardening using Group Policy and best practices
active Directory management for use across hybrid cloud environments
infrastructure as Code (IaC) management using tools such as YAML, JSON and Powershell
environmental audit logging review and remediation in line with ISM and PSPF
good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, LAN, WAN, load balancer (F5, Netscaler) and firewall technologies
project implementation and system design documentation
team management experience
significant experience supporting medium to large organisations in a similar role.
