The Production Cluster is looking for an APS Level 6 staff member to perform the role of Systems Engineer in our Infrastructure Applications Team. The role is primarily focused on providing
Level 2/Level 3 administrator support to messaging systems, including:
Microsoft Exchange Server 2016
Windows Server 2016/2019
Microsoft Lync & Skype for Business
MobileIron Device Management
FortiNet Secure Email Gateway.

The vacancy would suit someone with relevant experience, preferably as an IT Administrator, in one or more of the following:
MS Windows Server and MS Exchange Server 2016.
Messaging systems (Lync, Skype, MDM, MS Office).
Infrastructure applications (Active Directory, VMWare, SolarWinds).
Experience with the following will also be highly regarded:
Internet Information Services (IIS) support.
Infrastructure applications support & troubleshooting.
FortiMail or similar email gateway product.
JanusSeal or similar product.
