Our Opportunity

The Production Cluster is looking for an APS Level 6 staff member to perform the role of Systems Engineer in our Infrastructure Applications Team. The role is primarily focused on providing
Level 2/Level 3 administrator support to messaging systems, including:

  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2016
  • Windows Server 2016/2019
  • Microsoft Lync & Skype for Business
  • MobileIron Device Management
  • FortiNet Secure Email Gateway.

Who are we looking for?

We seek people who bring external ideas, diverse experience, global perspectives, and are willing to explore innovative ways of working. People who work for us will display leadership at all levels, apply information effectively in order to solve problems, and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes.

The vacancy would suit someone with relevant experience, preferably as an IT Administrator, in one or more of the following:

  • MS Windows Server and MS Exchange Server 2016.
  • Messaging systems (Lync, Skype, MDM, MS Office).
  • Infrastructure applications (Active Directory, VMWare, SolarWinds).

Experience with the following will also be highly regarded:

  • PowerShell scripting.
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) support.
  • Infrastructure applications support & troubleshooting.
  • FortiMail or similar email gateway product.
  • JanusSeal or similar product.
